PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2009 for this top-tier foreign system school with a permanent campus for nursery to Grade 12. The project is being developed in 2 stages and is completed in 2014. The school with a GFA of 53,000 m² comprises:
Phase 1 (28,000 m²) which houses the first 1500 students
Phase 2 (25,000 m²) with 500 seat theatre with world class learning, IT technologies, study and recreational facilities and modern sports area
Traffic safety management system and upgraded security system
