PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full Quantity Surveying services for Singtel Data Centre in 2007. The built-to-suit Green Mark [Gold] Data Centre was completed in 2010 has an overall GFA of 33,785m2 and comprises:
Tier 4 TIA 942 Standard for DC facilities
2000W/m2 of electrical power for DC space
22 +/- 1°C DB and relative humidity of 50+/-5% RH
Chilled water system designated with N + 1 water cooled capacity plus 100% air cooled capacity
Supply air through raised floor space as an air plenum via supply air grilles
BMS provided for automatic control and monitoring of plant and equipment
