PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full Quantity Surveying services for this eCommerce Logistics Hub in 2014. Completion in 2016 with a GFA of 51,342 sqm, this first of its kind facility in Southeast Asia comprises:
One block of 4-storey logistics facility and warehouse
One block of 8-storey office to house SingPost’s local and regional logistics operations
Two modern warehousing floors and 150 loading bays
Fully-automated parcel sorting facility & capacity of handling 100,000 parcels per day
Integrated logistics solutions, across warehousing, fulfillment, sorting and delivery
