PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2003. The project was completed in 2008 has a GFA of 4,400m2 and comprises;
Elderly and handicapped-friendly design elements such as level flooring throughout, emergency “call-for-help” and safety locks to Lavatory cubicles
Water heated by solar panels, night lighting powered by solar energy and electricity converted by wind generators
Rain water collection for temple ground irrigation and power generation for recharging battery powered wheelchairs
Purification system for potable rain water
Eco-friendly bamboo furniture
