WTP was appointed in 2008 to provide full Quantity Surveying services for Tata Data Centre located in a 6-Storey Light Industrial Factory Building.
Completed in 2010 with a GFA of 16,097m2, this BCA Green Mark (Gold) data centre comprises:
- 2 x 25,000L onsite underground fuel tanks
- External risers for the onsite generators with multiple levels of redundant power supply systems and dynamic UPS units
- Redundant HVAC/ CRAC systems, fire protection system with pre-action sprinkler and smoke detection system
- Biometric mechanism for security
