The Plaza Ambarukmo retail mall in Jogjakarta, Central Java is the first high-end retail development in the Province and opened in April 2006.

Jogjakarta, situated in Central Java, Indonesia, is the cultural heart of Indonesia. Borobudur, the world’s largest Buddhist stupa is within only 40 minutes drive from the city.

Tragically an earthquake struck Jogjakarta in May 2006, and the mall was damaged. WT Partnership continued to play a key role in providing professional quantity surveying services to ensure timely and cost efficient project repair.

The development is approximately 100,000 m² and comprises five retail levels atop one basement of parking. The anchor tenant is French retailer ‘Carrefour’.
