Bukit Villas, Bali

Bali with a unique culture, natural beauty and plentiful attractions, is one of the leading tourist destinations in South East Asia. Since 2002 there has been a boom in medium to high-end residential villa developments marketed toward expatriates across the region. One of the projects to which WT Partnership have provided professional quantity surveying services is the Bukit Villas development in South Bali.

Completed in 2005, the project comprises five villas each with standalone bedrooms and kitchen/ living area pavilions; plus own swimming pool; and Balinese water features. Situated absolute ‘cliff front’ each villa commands magnificent Indian Ocean views.
