Appointed in 2012, WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services for 30 Hectares of the Southern Precinct, Phase 1 of Bintan Treasure Bay. The full build-up of the Treasure Bay Development has an area about seven times that of Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. Located in the Lagoi area, next to Bintan’s Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal, the development is due for completion in 2016.

With a GFA of 32,000 m2, Phase 1 comprises:

  • Largest clear-water “Crystal Lagoon” in the region
  • A cluster of food and beverage offerings
  • Water-based attractions, retail and entertainment facilities
  • Over 400 hotel rooms managed by international hotel operators
  • A 60 m viewing tower
