PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services for A&A and renovation works of retail property Stanley Plaza in 2008. The project involved full renovation works from G/F to 5/F including façade improvement works and E&M installation works. The project had a GFA of 10931.15m² and was completed in 2011.
