PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for premium residential development at No. 1 & 3 Ede Road, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. The project included the construction of one detached house with private garden (One Ede Road) and two towers of 12 storeys (3 Ede Road) offering a total of 38 apartments and 2 penthouses. The project was completed in 2014.
