WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2011 for the postgraduate hall which is currently under construction.

The project involves converting the existing Hon Wah Middle School of nine levels into a new student residence for The University of Hong Kong with 140 dormitory rooms and a total GFA of 2,473 m².

The new HKU Post-Graduate Residence will provide 140 dormitory rooms and a total GFA of 2,473 m² upon completion.
