WT was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the Global Trade Square office building located at 21 Wong Chuk Hang Road, and the project was completed in 2014.
Developed by Henderson Land and Hip Shing Hong, Global Trade Square is a single office tower block with 26 floors on 6 levels of podium and has a total GFA of approximately 19,925 m².
