PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services since 2010. The residential project located at Discovery Bay comprising six luxury garden houses with a total GFA of 4000 m². The development will be carried out by two phases with all houses either in simplex or duplex limited to nine meters high and each provides a GFA of around 7,000 to 8,000 ft².
