Garden Houses at Discovery Bay, Hong Kong

WTP has been engaged to provide full quantity surveying services since 2010 and the project is currently under construction.

The residential project located at Discovery Bay comprising six luxury garden houses with a total GFA of 4000 m². The development will be carried out by two phases with all houses either in simplex or duplex limited to nine meters high and each provides a GFA of around 7,000 to 8,000 ft².
