WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the Enterprise Square 5 in 2002 and the project was completed in 2007.
The mixed-use project encompassed 500,000 ft² twin Grade-A office towers and a 1,100,000 ft² retail mall with a total CFA is 1,600,000 ft².
Named as MegaBox, the retail portion of the project is the tallest vertical mall in Hong Kong spreading over 19 floors. It adopted a new concept, Totally Connected Modules, where customers can easily access three different themed zones using express escalators and elevators. The building also has driveway reachable for all retail floors.
