PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Elements resides at the podium of the International Commerce Center (ICC), the tallest building of Hong Kong. Located immediately above the Kowloon MTR Station, the retail mall provided four levels of high end retail and carpark spaces with a total CFA of approximately 200,000 m². WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the entire mall’s fit out works in 2001.
