Dragons Range in Kau To, Sha Tin, Hong Kong

WT was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services in 2011 for mega luxury residential development Dragons Range in Kau To, Sha Tin, and the project was completed in Q3 2015.

Situated at 33 Lai Ping Road in Kau To, Sha Tin, Dragons Range is a joint development of Kerry Properties, Sino Group and Manhattan Group.

The project comprised the construction of ten residential towers with GFA of 1,031,000 square foot, offering a total of 973 one- to four- bedroom residential units, set across four different courts with a curved design. The development also features a 36,000 square foot clubhouse with associated facilities and a 10,000 square foot Central Park.
