WT was engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services for the commercial development “8 Observatory Road” at No 2-12 Observatory Road, and the project was completed in early 2015.
The development is a commercial building serving retail, dining, and office purposes. It also includes 3 basement floors for car parking. Its typical floor area is about 830 – 1,060 sqm.
The building has achieved Silver rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings recognised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
