PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
WT was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 1997 and the project was completed in 2001. Located at Tai Po Kau of Hong Kong, the Constellation Cove is a luxury residential development with a GFA of 43,500 m². The project also provided a recreational park for public use with a site area of 100,000 m².
