Alan Lamb

Alan brings over 30 years of MEP Quantity Surveying and Engineering experience to our Thailand team and clients. During this time, he has worked in the London Office, Hong Kong and has joined our Thailand office. With experience in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar and throughout Asia.

Alan is a MEP Quantity Surveyor by profession and has provided core quantity surveying services for clients and developers,  specialises in providing both pre-contract cost planning and estimating, from concept design. He also has considerable experience of post-contract administration and final account quantity surveying services.

He a has significant experience having worked on construction projects for a wide range of sectors including major Airports, Railway, Hospitality, Data Centre’s,  Hospitals, Retail and Commercial Office Development, and corporate fit-outs.
