Tristan Howell Pacis is an Associate within WT’s MEP team, bringing over 21 years of professional experience in cost planning and cost management of building engineering services and infrastructure. He plays a key role in delivering comprehensive MEP cost consultancy across a wide range of sectors, including data centres, commercial developments, corporate fit-outs, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

With a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in quantity surveying, Tristan combines technical expertise with commercial insight to provide robust cost advice from early concept stages through to project completion. His capability to develop cost plans from incomplete designs enables clients to make informed decisions across all MEP systems, including hydraulics, ACMV, fire protection, electrical, vertical transportation, and auxiliary services.

Tristan has significant experience in cost planning, financial reporting, tender and contract documentation, and cost control across various procurement routes and delivery strategies. His involvement in complex and high-value projects—particularly within the data centre sector—has strengthened his ability to deliver value-driven solutions and maintain cost certainty throughout the project lifecycle.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Tristan is recognised for his technical depth, reliability, and ability to support clients in achieving efficient and commercially sound project outcomes.
