Project Description:

In 2024 WT was awarded a 24MW Data Centre (DC) facility in Bangna, Bangkok, Thailand.

The project is delivered across two phases BK1 and BK2 implementing smart phasing to allow the program to benefit from late substation implementation and early infrastructure implementation benefiting later project phases.

Delivery of the project follows the RIBA stage of work plan as well as full BIM and Embodied Carbon tracking and modularization of components all of which demonstrate the industry leading delivery models being applied by the consultants on the project.

WT also provided Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Cost Advisory allowing design decisions to be made based on the full lifecycle cost both of CAPEX and OPEX of the facility.

Phase 1 of the Facility is to open in 2026 with later phases to follow
