Yan Qi joined WT Partnership in Year 2020 with 10 years of experience in construction industry. Yan Qi obtained her QS licensed (PQS) in Year 2017 and later becoming CQS in Year 2023. She is also a member of Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM) & Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia (BQSM). She has gained significant experience in professional Quantity Surveying firms on a wide range of projects including data centres, office, corporate fit outs, retail, residential and civil projects.

Her practical hands-on experience on both sides of the industry have developed the technical skills and knowledge to be an effective and valuable team player in all types of project delivery. She has a meticulous approach to the importance of appropriate contracting arrangements to achieve the right price with the right contractor for the agreed risk profile.

Yan Qi was appointed as Associate Director of Malaysia office in Year 2023.
