WT was engaged to provide Bid Assistance Services in 2Q 2017 and the bid was completed in 3Q 2018.

The bid eventually placed 2nd.

Redevelopment of the northern airfield of old Kai Tak Airport which comprises 50,000 seat main stadium, 12,000 seat indoor arena, 5,000 seat public sports ground, retail, carparking and associated parkland precinct
