PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project comprises the development of a warehouse operations facility with solar PV roof mounted electricity generation located at Wellgrow Industrial Estate. The project consists of: – ~500kW Solar PV system – EV chargers & Battery storage – Redevelopment of 7,500m2 warehouse with multi use space – New showroom and robotic lab – Staff canteen – Car parking and yard areas.  WT provided full Quantity Surveying services for the project in 2022.
