WT has been providing full QS services for the commercial development at Des Voeux Road and Wing Lok Street since 2020. The project comprises an approximately a 29-storey multipurpose complex. The project includes 3 nos. of floor of retail podium, a single floor of refuge floor, 2 nos. of floor of E&M floors, and 22 nos. of floor of office. The total GFA is 17,134 m2.
