Project Description:

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the fitting-out work of a new IBX Data Centre (HK5-I&II) located in Tseung Kwan O. The build-up of the data centre was separated into two phases that meet the standards of Equinix data centres for colocation requirements. The area of the proposed building is approximately 3,400 m² and the total fit-out area is approx. 11,000 m².
