PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for

· a new office in Kowloon, and the surrender of an existing office at Devon House in Quarry Bay and office space on five contiguous floors in Kowloon. The total area is approx. 90,000 ft² to 125,000 ft². The project scope included a reception area / lobby, meeting & conference rooms, an open-plan office area, an enclosed office, a telepresence room, a wet pantry / breakout area, a server room, an UPS room, a generator plant, and a chiller plant.

· a Grade A commercial building on Hong Kong Island. The 140,000 ft² project comprised 7 floors with 2 mechanical floors. The project scope included a reception area/lobby, meeting rooms, an open-plan office area, a trading area, enclosed offices, telepresence rooms, a wet pantry/breakout area, a server room, an UPS room, a generator plant, a chiller plant, and an internal staircase.
