WT was appointed to provide full quantity surveying services for the alteration and addition (A&A) works to the existing Fu Chong Shopping Centre in Sham Shui Po, comprising a 2-storey retail podium with the wet market located on G/F. The overall A&A works were fully completed in July 2019.
