The project is located in Changsha Wuyi Road, now the tallest building in Hunan Province, the main and secondary tower are 452m and 315m high respectively. The project integrates shopping center (Changsha IFS), office building, five-star hotel (NICCOLO Hotel, Park Hyatt hotel), four-star hotel (Maqo Hotel) and apartments.
