PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Located in the core area of Changping New City in Beijing, Taikang Community is the first retirement community in China to obtain LEED Gold certification. The construction area of phase I is about 93,000 sqm, and the phase II 166,817 sqm, including a community residence for the elderly, hospitals, wards, nursing centers, clubs, etcn. WT was appointed in 2013 to provide full quantity surveying services.
