Located in Zhangyang Road, Pudong District of Shanghai, the project is jointly built by HongKong Land and CIFI Group, which is HongKong Land’s first development project in Shanghai. The project includes 4 office buildings (110,000 sqm), a shopping center (130,000 sqm), and a vegetable market (3,000 sqm).  WT was appointed to provide full quantity surveying services since 2015.
