WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for Bakrie Tower which was constructed as part of the Epicentrum project in Jakarta.
Completed in 2010, Bakrie tower comprises 57 storeys of commercial office space plus art gallery, cafe and restaurant, conference facilities and executive suites over 118,000 m². Located in Rasuna Epicentrum Complex, Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, Bakrie Tower was completed in 2009 and stands at 221m in height.
