WT has appointed to participate in this project in 2018 and provide: 

• Feasibility cost estimating services
• Financing support
• Value management
• Value engineering
• Base build & MEP upgrade 

The existing hotel comprise a basement which is predominantly back of house with some public space currently allocated to it. There are currently 475 Keys across a common podium and 2 towers, the North Tower being 343 Keys and the South Tower being 137 keys. There is an existing external pool, gym, sauna as well as various other Food and Beverage
