The development is located in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City and has a total site area of 33,000m2. The total CFA is approximately 245,000m2 and comprises following functions:

  • 2 underground basements with mechanical carparking for parking areas and MEP rooms;
  • 3 levels of podium retail areas;
  • Luxe tower with 42 levels providing 194 luxury apartments;
  • Mixed tower with 40 levels providing 706 mid-end apartments;
  • Commercial tower with 37 level of office area

WT is carrying out the full QS service role with project completion due in 2023.
