WT was appointed in 2021 to provide full Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services for 3 AWS Data Centres in Thailand. 

The project comprises the upgrade and code compliance upgrade of an existing hyperscale facility in Bangkok, Thailand. WT provided cost estimating services and options studies for the proposed project works.

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for a new expansion of the facility.

WT was engaged to provide full QS pre and post-contract services for the project (HK2-IV) comprising two floors with an approx. 3000m2 data centre

WT was engaged to provide full pre and post-contract QS services for the construction of a new data centre in Tseung Kwan O.

WT is providing full pre and post-contract QS services for the construction of two new industrial buildings/data centers at Tsuen Wan comprising: (1) Building 1 (Lot 313), an approx. 30,000 m2 CFA data center; (2) Building 3 (TWIL 49), an approx.  50,000 m2 CFA data center.

WT is providing full pre and post-contract QS services for the construction of a 12-storey industrial building for IT equipment racks with an IT power load of 45MW.
