Winnie Peng
Director (Hong Kong)
Winnie has over twenty two years of experience in quantity surveying. Her career has involved employments with both consultants and contractors. For the past 20 years she has led teams of surveyors in private QS practices in Hong Kong.
She has extensive experience in the provision of cost consultancy services for new build, fitout and alterations and maintenance works for both private and public sectors with clients including Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA), Architectural Services Department (ASD) and various educational bodies, as well as private developers.
She is a member of the RICS and HKIS and also holds RPS qualification.
Winnie joined WT Partnership in 2011 and was made a director on 1st January 2015.
