Will is highly regarded in the industry for the delivery of cost management services. The combination of his technical Quantity Surveying skills and commerce training enables him to assess all areas of feasibility; due diligence, whole of life costing and masterplanning. In 2007 Will returned to Singapore, established WT’s office in Vietnam in 2008 and retains executive responsibility for all WT activity in South East-Asia.

A Director since 1999, Will helped pioneer WT’s ‘whole of life’ facility management services and, prior to relocating to Singapore, completed the peer review of the concept cost model for the A$1 billion Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne together with establishing the project delivery protocols and managing WT’s team for the National Australia Bank Capital Works Programme.

He successfully led WT’s Financier’s Agent Services for the S$6 billion Marina Bay Sands IR and currently is responsible for the delivery of International Schools, international corporate and financial institution fitouts, $420 million Jem Mixed Use Development in Jurong, together with logistics roll-out and regional masterplan studies.

Under Will’s direction, WT actively participates with both Public and Private sectors on a variety of alternative project finance initiatives including BOOT & PPP schemes, etc.

Will joined WT in Melbourne in 1989, having worked on landmark waterfront developments at London Bridge City and Chelsea Harbour in the UK.

Melbourne’s Federation Square was already under construction when Will became responsible to both State & Federal Governments for establishing a realistic forecast end cost for this iconic civic project. Addressing a changing management contract arrangement, construction time at large, reimbursable preliminaries and distressed sub-contractors. WTP successfully delivered the balance of the project, including settlement of all final accounts and outstanding claims.

Following extensive commercial and retail experience, he relocated to Singapore in 1993 with responsibility for business development, the Commercial Union Building Refurbishment and Bintan Lagoon Resort, Indonesia.
