The New Urban Area South Highway No. 32 – Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City is a new urban development comprised of villas, high rise apartments and supporting infrastructure including schools and transport network.
The total site area covers 46.89 hectares and will provide over 1,000 villas and townhouse plus high rise apartments in twelve towers.
This new urban area will also provide retail amenities and community facilities such as schools and landscaped parks.
WT Partnership is providing complete Qunatity Surveying and cost management services during design, tendering and construction phases for all infrastructure and building works.
This is the second project WT Partnership has been commissioned to execute services on by Lunglo Five.
