Wendy Cheung Lai-Kuen

Wendy has over 19 years of experience in providing all aspects of quantity surveying services in Hong Kong and China.

After graduation from the University of Hong Kong in 1994, Wendy started her career with Gammon Construction as site QS, then she joined WT Partnership’s Hong Kong Office in 1997 as a quantity surveyor, and was promoted to Associate in 2004. She relocated to our Shanghai office in 2006 and was promoted to Director in 2011.

Wendy has extensive experience in major mixed-use development in Hong Kong and China.  Her experience in all aspects of quantity surveying through the cost planning, contract documentation, procurement and post contract administration will be a major contribution to the successful implementation of the overall cost management services for these projects.

Wendy has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2000.   She is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
