This strategic gateway connects the University Town (UT) development to the Kent Ridge Campus of the National University of Singapore.
Completed in 2010, this vehicular and pedestrian bridge spans 290 m across AYE and comprises:
- Vehicular deck and 3 associated vehicular ramps totaling 3,265 m² at UT end of the bridge
- Pre-cast box segment without pier support between the ends
The project encountered unexpected underground services at Kent Ridge Campus but was completed on time and within budget.
