WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services for the upgrading of Jalan Besar Community Club in 2014.
Due for completion in 2016 with a GFA of 4,600 m2, the upgrading comprises:
- Modification and upgrading works of the existing 4-storey building
- Gymnasium Area, Food & Beverage Dining Place, Karaoke Room, Activity Room, Dance Studio, Offices with Meeting Room, Multi-Purpose Hall, Nursing Room and Occupational Therapy Room
- Seamless blend with its surrounding building by providing maximum facilities and amenities to the community
