Upgrading of Golf Course for OCC, Singapore

WTP provided full Quantity Surveying services in 2004.

Completed in 2009 on a tight budget, the upgrade and remodeling works for Orchid Country Club comprised:

• Complete remodeling of all three 9-holes golf courses (27 holes in total) – Dendro, Vanda and Aranda including 4 practice holes
• All tee boxes, greens and sand bunkers reconstructed and the golf course stripped off of 100 mm of turf and humus
• Select buggy cart paths retained with new and amended paths constructed and contoured to the 31 holes reshaped with proper drainage
• New rock landscape to water edge and turf consisting of Paspalam Salam (used for the Greens) to fairways, roughs and tee boxes
