WTP is currently providing full Quantity Surveying services for this 6-storey light industrial factory for TOYOGO, an established name in Singapore well known for supplying the nation’s household needs.
The factory comprises ancillary office and display area with carpark. Due for completion in 2016, the factory has a GFA of 9,000m2.
TOYOGO is one of the market leaders in plastic goods for household and industrial use, producing a variety of plastic products under one roof. TOYOGO is also committed to designing products that are eco-friendly and reduce wastage.
The showroom-cum-warehouse is centrally located in Toa Payoh and is the distribution centre for their products.
