Tong Dong Headquarters is located at the Lujiazhui business district of Pudong, adjacent to the metro line and enjoying a convenient transportation network.
The development comprises five grade A office towers of varied heights in 80 m, 130 m and 190 m, with a retail podium, carpark basement and support facilities. The total CFA is approximately 440,000 m².
WT has been appointed to provide full quantity surveying services since 2008.
