WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services for the project in 1997.

As part of the urban renewal scheme for the Tai Yuen Street redevelopment undertaken by the URA, the project comprised two residential developments, The Zenith and the site C, which were completed in 2007 and Sept 2012, respectively.

The Zenith provided three blocks of residential towers for 652 units and a 38,000 ft2 club house with associated facilities at a site area of 57,000ft2. Total gross floor area is 510,978ft2.

Site C” comprised a 36-storey high residential tower, including a 1-storey refuge floor, sitting on a 1-level basement and 5-level podium. While both basement and podium accommodated carpark and E&M facilities, the podium also housed retail shops, clubhouse and landscaped garden. The project deployed a conservation scheme for the historical Wanchai Market built in 1937 by retaining its façade.
