Appointed in 2012, WTP is providing full Quantity Surveying services for Trilinq, located strategically in a mature town estate. Due for completion in 2017, Trilinq has a GFA of 75,205 m2 and comprises:
- 2 blocks of 36-storey and 1 block of 33- storey towers
- 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom units and a total of 11 spacious and luxurious penthouses
- Double volume living room spaces with high windows which offer breathtaking views of the nearby nature areas
- 3 themed activity zones (Vantage, Oasis and Activa) to cater to the different preferences
