WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2002 and the project was completed in 2006.
The residential development comprised the construction of three residential towers at 48 floors sitting on a 5-storey podium for accommodating shopping arcade, car park, clubhouse and ancillary electrical and mechanical rooms. It provided 1,350 domestic units with a total GFA of 96,797m² (Residential : 84,920m² , Commercial : 11,877m²).
The project departs itself from various residential projects on its construction complexity, in which part of its podium structure was built above the MTR Tseung Kwan O Tunnel and hence led on considerable implications in cost planning.
