WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 2001 and the project was completed in 2004.
The low-density residential development comprised 16 blocks of European style low rise buildings, ranging between 10 and 12 storeys, providing 768 spacious units with average size 100m² and associated carparks and club house facilities with swimming pool.
