WTP was engaged to provide full quantity surveying services in 1994 and the project was completed in 2001.

The Belcher’s is a high-rise residential development located at Pok Fu Lam. It consists of six residential buildings, ranging between 61 and 63 floors, which were constructed by two phases with three buildings for each phase. The first phase construction was completed in 2000 and second phase in 2001. The development also included carparks, swimming pools, and a shopping mall with a total GFA is approximate 257,000 m2.
