Taman Rasuna, Jakarta

Completed in 2008, the Taman Rasuna Residential development in central Jakarta is the largest high-rise residential development in Indonesia. The project comprises more than 3,600 apartments in 17 separate towers; plus basement parking; retail podium with total building area of over 500,000 m². Fifteen towers were initially built between 1995 and 1998 and two additional towers are currently under construction.

WT Partnership have been instrumental in the success of the project and in addition to the provision of traditional quantity surveying services, WT Partnership provided project programming and co-ordination services during construction.
